Local Entries – To be taken strictly through the local rodeo office. The local committee has the decision to decide whether or not to take the entry as they are liable and responsible to pay for all local entries. All local entries must be paid before they will be entered in to the draw for the rodeo. The fee is $15.00 per contestant with a maximum of 2 rodeos.

Entry Fees – Contestants who do not have their entry fees paid by the end of that event will be fined $25.00

All Contestants – Late Entry Fees – any contestant who wishes to enter after the entry hours are closed Thursday at 9:20pm, may do so, but they will be required to pay an additional $10.00 per event. The contestant will be required to pay this additional cost at the rodeo, which he/she is entering. Late Entries may be taken until Friday at 9:30pm. NO entries will be taken after this time.

Dress Code is mandatory at all the WIREA Rodeos in and out of the rodeo arena ONE HOUR BEFORE THE RODEO. Contestants will be fined $10.00 and this will be enforced at all rodeos.

The barrel pattern, entrance and the exit will be decided at the judges' discretion. There will be a $ fine for not fulfilling your duties.

Warm up time in the arena will be closed 45 minutes prior to rodeo time so that the arena can be raked and harrowed and ready for grand entry.

Breakaway Ropers - Breakaway String will be checked before entering the box for all breakaway ropers. All breakaway ropers must use the string that is provided by the office.
